The Gita Way of Life
Transcending 5000-years and still as relevant in today’s context, Bhagavad Gita – “The Song of God” – is not merely a chapter documenting the conversation between Lord Krishna and Arjuna amidst the battlefield of Kurukshetra from the great Indian epic ‘The Mahabharata’. It is a ‘Manual of Human Life’ offering in abundance – lessons, tools, spiritual practices, and directions towards elevating oneself onto their “higher-self of being” through self-introspection, self-contemplation, and Sadhana. This book is an attempt by the author to bring to light some practical life lessons and tools in today’s context in a conversational style with simple language to enable the reader to understand with clear illustrations, examples, and comparisons. These lessons and tools can be implemented to enhance one’s own higher knowledge which will then unlock their true potential to lead a contented life not only benefits them but the society and humanity at large.
